These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made through tours.toptour.pt, operated by TopTour Portugal®, and apply to all users, clients, and website visitors. By confirming a reservation, you accept these terms in full. We recommend you read them carefully.
“Client” or “You” refers to the individual or entity making a reservation.
“TopTour Portugal®” refers to the provider of transportation and tour services.
“Service” refers to any tour, transfer, or private chauffeur service listed and booked through this platform.
“Website” refers to tours.toptour.pt and all associated subdomains.
All bookings must be made through our website or authorized communication channels.
A booking is only considered confirmed after full payment is received.
Clients will receive a confirmation email with booking details and a unique reservation ID.
Payment must be made in full via secure platforms such as Stripe or PayPal.
Prices include taxes, chauffeur service, and vehicle expenses unless otherwise stated.
We do not charge additional service fees, but transaction fees from payment processors are non-refundable (see Section 6).
Clients may complete bookings without creating an account.
Providing accurate email and phone contact is mandatory for all bookings.

Free cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled service (excluding payment processing fees).
No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before service start time.
All refunds will be processed minus non-recoverable transaction fees charged by Stripe, PayPal, or other processors.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after approval.
Changes to existing bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Modifications requested less than 48 hours before service may not be accepted.
Any confirmed modification replaces the original booking and voids its terms.
Services are delivered by professional chauffeurs in high-comfort vehicles.
TopTour Portugal® reserves the right to assign substitute vehicles or drivers in cases of maintenance, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.
All tours are private and non-shared, unless stated otherwise.
Services do not include official tour guides, unless explicitly booked.
Each service has specific passenger and luggage limits based on vehicle category.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the selected vehicle meets their group and baggage needs.
Additional vehicles may be required (and charged) if limits are exceeded.
Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup point without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for pickup delays, unless otherwise agreed.
TopTour Portugal® is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Strikes or labor disputes
Public health emergencies
Government restrictions
Traffic closures or police actions
In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
TopTour Portugal® shall not be held liable for:
Lost or forgotten items during service
Consequential losses or missed connections
Delays due to traffic, weather, or third-party actions
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
All vehicles used are covered by commercial insurance as required by Portuguese law.
Personal travel insurance is recommended and remains the client’s responsibility.
All personal data is processed according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We do not share your information with third parties, except for service fulfillment (e.g., drivers, payment providers).

All content on this website, including images, texts, and tour descriptions, is the property of TopTour Portugal® or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, unless otherwise required by EU consumer law.
