At TopTour Portugal®, we strive to provide a flexible and transparent cancellation policy while maintaining operational efficiency and fairness to all parties involved. By booking a service through tours.toptour.pt, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Full refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date and time.
Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the service is considered non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
All eligible refunds will be processed minus any third-party transaction fees (such as PayPal or Stripe commissions).
⚠️ Transaction fees vary depending on the payment provider and will be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are typically non-refundable to us.

Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by our team in writing.
We understand that travel plans may change. We allow booking modifications under the following conditions:
All changes are subject to availability.
Changes requested less than 48 hours before the service date may be denied or result in additional costs.
Price adjustments may apply depending on the new service details (e.g., new date, time, route, or passenger count).
Any confirmed modification voids the original cancellation policy, and the new booking will be subject to its own terms.
No-shows are non-refundable. If the client fails to appear at the scheduled pick-up point without prior notice, the full amount of the service will be charged.
Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes from the scheduled time may be treated as no-shows unless otherwise communicated and accepted by our operations team.
TopTour Portugal® reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen events outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, governmental actions, or road closures). In such cases:
Clients will be offered an alternative date, or
A full refund (excluding payment processor fees), depending on circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank policies.
